Spence Tatchell played one game as a replacement during World War II for the New York Rangers in 1942-43.
Spence Tatchell was born on the Saskatchewan side of Lloydminster on July 16th, 1924.
An all-around athlete, Tatchell was also a star baseball and tennis player, in addition to his prowess as a defensemen on the hockey rink.
