The NHL record book shows that Winnipeg's Reg Abbott had a three-game stint with the Montreal Canadiens in 1952-53. It was actually six games!

Reg Abbott was a centreman that had a cup of coffee in the NHL back in the early 1950s in the heyday of the Original Six era. His time in the show may have only lasted a few games, but he was there and skated in the NHL, playing with and against the game’s biggest stars, which is pretty darn cool.
