94-year-old Reg Abbott was a centreman that had a cup of coffee in the NHL back in the early 1950’s in the heyday of the Original Six era. His time in the show may have only lasted a few games, but he was there and skated in the NHL, playing with and against the game’s biggest stars, which is pretty darn cool.

He’s currently the third oldest living NHL player after 101-year-old Steve Wochy and 96-year-old Marty Pavelich.
